Further information
The course is structured over 10 sessions, plus a four-day placement (one day at the start of the programme and 3 consecutive days following session 7). Gap tasks will support participants to put learning into practice. Over the course of the programme, participants will be introduced to some of the key elements of headship and have the opportunity to take advice from other successful heads in the borough so they can develop the expertise to move into headship themselves in the future.
