    ● if you are under 65 and claiming disability benefits, your most recent award letter from the DWP to upload with this application
    
    If you're applying for someone else you'll need the homeowners consent to make the application on their behalf.

Before you start
1. A boiler repair is only available if you own your home and you have gas central heating installed. For any air source heat pump repairs you should contact the original installer or manufacturer for assistance. If you rent your property, contact your landlord or housing association for help.
  
  This scheme is for boiler repairs only. Some repairs may incur a charge, or considered to be ineligible based on the boiler’s age, condition and performance.
  
  This scheme is not intended as a long-term solution for the maintenance of the boiler/heating system within your property. It is to provide you, as a homeowner with an interim solution to your heating issue.
