Cancel your garden waste subscription

● cancel your garden waste subscription within 14 days of signing up to the service

● cancel your garden waste subscription outside of the 14 day cooling off period without a refund

● the address associated with the garden waste subscription you are cancelling

You have 14 working days from the date of sign-up to cancel your subscription and receive a full refund.

If you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period, your garden waste collection will be stopped, but no refunds will be given.
