Reporting takes around 2 minutes.

You should only report a missed collection after 4.30pm on the day of collection.

We aim to collect any legitimately missed bins within 2 working days of the report.

You must have subscribed to the garden waste service for 2025, and the garden waste must be in the brown wheeled bin.

The garden waste must be placed for at the usual collection point by 7am on the morning of the collection.
