Use this service to:
1. ● tell us about an accident or damage to a private hire or hackney carriage vehicle
  
  Completion takes around 15 minutes.
What you'll need
1. ● a digital photo of the damage that can be uploaded
  
  ● details of your licence and the accident including investigating bodies
Before you start
1. Accidents or damage should be reported within 72 hours.
