Nominations will be coordinated by the Employee Engagement Team and all nominees will receive a recognition letter or email from Mike Greene.

The list of nominees will then be reviewed by the Corporate Management Team every quarter to agree:

● nominees who have done something particularly noteworthy that has achieved a positive impact within their team, service area or for our residents or community (these employees will be invited to attend a coffee and cake thank you session with Mike Greene)

● nominees who have done something out of the ordinary that has achieved a positive impact within their team, service area or for our residents or community (these employees will be submitted for a Customer Service Excellence Award)
