Application takes around 15 minutes.

● proof of identity which includes your date of birth such as a birth certificate, passport or driving licence

● 3 years of housing history

● address of the property you are applying to rent

● landlord's name, telephone number and email

● your criminal history details

Every occupant over the age of 18 is required to complete an application.

You should only complete this form if the property you want to rent is within Stockton-on-Tees.
