To apply for a new older person's bus pass, you will need:

● proof of identity (which must include your date of birth such as a birth certificate, passport or driving licence)

● proof of address (such as a recent Council Tax bill or government letter)

● a recent digital photo showing your head and shoulders only

To renew an older person's bus pass, you will need:

● proof of identity (which must include your date of birth such as a birth certificate, passport or driving licence) if your name has changed since your last application

● proof of address (such as a recent Council Tax bill or government letter) if your address has changed since your last application

● a recent digital photo showing your head and shoulders if you want a new photo on your pass

This service is only available to residents of the Stockton-on-Tees borough.
