Application takes around 15 minutes to complete.

A regularisation application may be accepted in order to regularise unauthorised work carried out, the work must have been carried out after 11 November 1985.
Please note that the council is under no obligation to accept the application.
This notice must be in relation to the building work as described in accordance with Building Regulation 21 (opens in new tab)
On submission of this application the regularisation fee to be paid will be calculated by our Building Control team with a surcharge, in accordance with Stockton Borough Council's current charges.
