Colleagues Powering Our Future Day 2025

On Thursday 3 April, all colleagues are invited to Dunedin House for the very first Colleagues Powering Our Future Day.

The event will be held within the entire Conference Suite at Dunedin House and colleagues are free to drop in throughout the day between 9am and 5pm.

The day will be a great opportunity to engage with the Powering Our Future programme, featuring interactive stalls designed to help you connect, learn, and promote workplace wellbeing.

At the event, you will have the opportunity to interact with the Powering Our Future Programme and explore the remarkable progress made since its launch. The programme has transformed the way we work, and the exceptional efforts being made across the Council to drive the programme, missions, and workstreams forward are truly remarkable. It has become an integral part of who we are so it is important we celebrate our successes so far.

We recognise the importance of your health and wellbeing, and through the Colleagues Powering Our Future Mission we want to share with you at the event ways you can support your overall health and wellbeing at work.

The event has been created to:

  • promote engagement
  • offer opportunities to interact with different areas
  • ask questions
  • provide feedback

We understand that our colleagues play a crucial role in reaching the ambitious objectives of the Powering Our Future Programme, and we encourage all employees to drop by at a time that suits them.

We are excited to share the day's itinerary with you soon. We recognise that not all employees are based at Dunedin House, and we will provide information soon on parking and building access for the day, along with a 'walk through' video to show everyone how to access the building.

Everyone should have already received a diary invite for the day. If you haven't, email employee.engagement@stockton.gov.uk

If you have any questions, contact the Programme Management Office (PMO) by emailing poweringourfuture@stockton.gov.uk
