Request to exercise your rights on the information Stockton Council holds about you or someone else

Request control on what personal information is used by us and how we use it in one of the following ways:

● right to object

● right to restriction

● right to rectification

● right to be forgotten

● right to data portability

● rights in relation to automated processing

Application takes around 5-10 minutes.

● you will be asked to upload a copy of your identification

● if you are requesting information for someone else, you will be asked to provide evidence to confirm you have the appropriate powers to do so, for example Power of Attorney
