If you are applying on behalf of someone else, you will need the person's consent to make a referral on their behalf.

This service is only available to households living in the borough of Stockton-on-Tees who own their home, or who live in privately rented accommodation.

Evidence that more than 10% of the household income is being spent on energy bills is required to determine if the household is living in fuel poverty.

The household must have access to hot water and heating, or prove they have insufficient income to heat the home to a comfortable level.
