● request a property inspection for home security improvements if you rent the property from North Star housing

You must live in the North Thornaby area as set out in the Towns Fund bid.

Completion takes around 5 minutes.

● your landlord's name, address and contact details if you are renting your home from a private landlord

● details of the managing agent, if your landlord uses one

● if you are the landlord, your tenants name and contact details

● if you are the owner, your contact details

if you rent your property from a private landlord, you will need the landlord's permission before an inspection can be carried out.
