The fee for a personal registration application is £50
An application form must be completed for each individual person engaged in a practice.
If you require registration for more than one of the practices specified, you must submit a separate application for each practice.
Each premises will need to obtain registration, complete the premises registration application form (opens in new tab) for each premises.
The council will arrange for an inspection of the premises to be carried out on receipt of the application.
You must display a copy of your certificate (or licence) and any bylaws in a prominent place on your premises. If you fail to do so you could be fined.
